WINDOW FILM WARRANTY DETAILS
Flexfilm provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty against color instability, fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure and delamination for as long as the original customer retains ownership of the stated vehicle. This warranty does not cover glass breakage, or any defroster elements attached to glass.
Flexfilm’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of products not conforming to the original product. This warranty is valid only when the products are used in compliance with all applicable state or provincial laws. Installation of this product in a manner that violates state or provincial law is a misuse of the product and voids all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability. Flexfilm shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for damage related to the use of this product in an illegal manner or application that constitutes failure to meet state or provincial rules and regulations.
