And if you purchase window tint from DT Services Window Tinting, you'll leave with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty included with your paperwork at checkout.

But, If you have an older car that has window tint that has gone bad, or maybe you have purchased a vehicle that has purpling or failing window tint, chances are you are going to want it removed.

Can you do it yourself? Yes. But because it is a difficult process, can be very time consuming, and you can damage your car, you should leave this project to the professionals who do it every day.

Can We Remove Bad/Old Tint Without Damaging Anything?

99 times out of 100 the answer here is YES. However, every once in a while (that 1%) a vehicle comes in where the window tinting has been on so long that it has become part of the car. Removing old window tint in these situations calls for an aggressive approach that can mean the loss of one or more of your defroster wires. For this reason, every client that asks us to remove tinting from their vehicle's rear window signs a damage release/waiver and agrees NOT to hold us responsible for any damage to the vehicle.
